'Using disability discrimination law'
With the new May 2009 edition, there is a new-look design, as part of an ongoing design update of Victoria Legal Aid publications. There has been some minor amendments too. The biggest amendment we have made is to page three where there is some new information about what the proposed changes in the Disability Discrimination and other Human Rights Legislation Amendment Bill (2008) might mean. We have also fixed up the ‘areas of unlawful discrimination' in the appendix.
