Individual Support Handbook

The Department of Human Services (DHS) has released an Individual Support Handbook for people with a disability, families and carers. The new handbook contains information, hints and checklists to help people putting together and managing an Individual Support Package (ISP).

As of July 2008, ISPs replaced other packages such as Home-First, Support and Choice and Community Options/Futures of Young Adults Years 1 -8 funding.
