Family Voices

The Australian Association for Families of Children with a Disability (AAFCD) is a national organisation representing children with a disability and their families.

Its publication, Family Voices, contains a wide range of information on events and issues which affect children with disabilities and their families.

This edition of Family Voices includes family stories that 'tell it like it is' and reflect the diversity of children with a disability and their families in the community.

Articles in this edition include an interview with Bruce Bonyhady on the National Disability Insurance Scheme, CPEcial email network and 'Human Rights at Home'.

Family Voices is published bi-annually and our website provides up to date information on issues relevant to children with disabilities and their families.
