Employer responsibilities under Victoria's equal opportunity legislation changed on 1 August 2011. There are new requirements for employers under the law and it is up to you to make sure that you comply. The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission runs a wide range of low cost workshops to help you prevent discrimination in the workplace – and meet your obligations under the law.
