The Commonwealth Respite & Carelink Centre/CarerLinks North and ARAFEMI are pleased to

invite Mental Health carers living in the Northern Metropolitan Region to the following carer

respite days:

Outing 1: Williamstown Ferry & Lunch at Pelicans

Date: Wednesday 8th February 2012

Time: 9am – 5pm

Outing 2: Picnic at Yan Yean Reservoir

Date: Wednesday 7th March 2012

Time: 9am– 3pm

Cost: Booking fee $10 per carer

Meeting point: Merri CHS/CarerLinks North car park outside Entrance 2 of 110 Chifley Drive

Preston. Minibus transport provided. ARAFEMI staff will meet carers.

N.B. For all activities, carers who wish to meet the group at the venues are able to do so, please

speak to ARAFEMI when you RSVP

Lunch included. Respite and transport available upon request.

Carers will be eligible to register for ONE of the above activities. Please be aware that places

are limited & not guaranteed. Please register your interest ASAP to avoid disappointment
