This ‘Annual Report’ edition of the newsletter specifically focuses on providing an overview, written in plain English, of the work of our office throughout 2010-11, including:
· the most common issues people made a complaint about
· the types of services people complained about the most
· how complaints were fixed
· what DSC and disability service providers learnt from people’s complaints
This newsletter is designed to complement the information provided in our 2010-11 Annual Report and the ‘Our Year in Review’ booklet both of which are available on out website at http://www.odsc.vic.gov.au/publications.htm#review
