Have your say on Victoria’s Taxi Service

The Victorian Government recently announced an independent inquiry into the Victorian Taxi and hire car industry. This inquiry is looking at all aspects of the taxi industry, and aims to make changes which will lead to better quality services for taxi customers.

The inquiry knows that taxi services are especially important for people with disabilities, seniors, users of mobility aids and different levels of mobility. A key focus of the inquiry is to look at how the taxi systems work for people who rely on taxis and identify ways to fix the current problems.

With the lack of public transport in the local area, We thought it would be good to hear the voices of local residents views on the Multi-Purpose Taxi Program, Wheelchair Accessible Taxis, booking taxis, service from drivers or anything else that affects you. Please come along to the forum.
