Changes to CMAG Once off Urgent Fund
Following discussions between the Case Management Action Group (CMAG) and the Department of Human Services (DHS), North and West Metropolitan Region (NWMR), it has been agreed that as of 1 July 2010 funding previously managed by CMAG for One Off Urgent Funding applications will be managed by NWMR.
This move is in line with work being done in NWMR to consolidate a number of one-off funding sources. It will mean that individuals seeking urgent and one-off funding are able to apply for this funding through a single application process. All applications will be processed according to uniform funding principles and eligibility criteria, irrespective of the type of funding an individual receives from DHS.
