Statewide ABI Flexible Support package allocations
Melbourne Citymission is now accepting applications for the next round of Statewide ABI Flexible Support package allocations. These packages are for people with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), who are non-compensable, aged up to 64years, and living in both metropolitan and rural areas of Victoria. The maximum package amount is $4,375 per client per financial year. The deadlines for applications is 12noon on Thursday 29th April 2010.
The Statewide Flexible panel meeting will take place on Wednesday 19th May and applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of their application by the end of following week.

Please send your completed applications to Melbourne Citymission C/o - Administration. Typed applications are preferable.
