The “Male Carers Only” sessions are again running in September 2010

The series of 5 sessions includes:

- Changes of family roles when you become a carer (Don Burnard)

- Challenges of caring (Don Burnard - Psychologist)

- Looking after yourself (Physiotherapist)

- Mini health tune up (Community Nurse)

- Meal planning and preparation (Dietitian)

- Legal & financial matters relevant to carers

- Time out. Self care and Group Luncheon.

Venue:

CCRC/CarerLinks North, Entrance 2, Level 2/110 Chifley Dve. Preston

Dates:

14th & 28th of September 12th & 26th October and 9th November. The last session is longer

and will include a catered lunch

10am to 12 noon
