CMAG Regional Planning Framework Project
This project seeks to scope and inform the direction of planning reform within N&WMR through engaging representation from the sector.
· To collectively work towards a streamlined end to end process of assistance with planning and facilitation in the context of the Disability Support Register, Individual Support Package provision and a "one person-one plan" approach.
· To explore models for supporting individuals to direct their own planning process, and scope opportunities for linking individual planning with local area planning (LAP) models.
The project is goverend by a steering group and consults a working group made up of service providers offereing planning, facilitation and case managament services in the North and West Region.
